*RATES
All rates are qouted on a one day event. Week-ends are considered a one day rental. Please contact our office for long-term rental rates. Prices are subject to change without notice.
*PAYMENT
A deposit using a major credit card is required when you make a reservation. The balance will be charged to the card prior to delivery. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Local checks are accepted with a valid driver license.
Deposits on tents and dance floors are non-refundable.
*PLANNING
Early planning ensures product availability and openings for delivery. Any changes or adjustments to your order must be made 48 hours prior to scheduled delivery or pick up.
*DELIVERY / PICK-UP
Minimum order for tailgate delivery is $50.00. The delivery fee is based on the zip code destination. On pick-up, all equipment must be rinsed free of food and placed in their original containers. Tables and chairs need to be broken down and stacked. You may request an A.M. or P.M. deliver time.
*SET UP AND TAKE DOWN
We are happy to provide this service on some rental items. Arrangements for this service must be made at time of reservation. Call us for pricing.
